1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Beck & Call Bookkeeping LLC provides virtual bookkeeping services including but not limited to monthly bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, QuickBooks management, catch-up bookkeeping, and payroll oversight. Service scope is defined in your signed service agreement.

3. Not a CPA or Attorney

Raslan Khan holds a PTIN and QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. Beck & Call Bookkeeping LLC is not a licensed CPA firm and does not provide tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning services. We recommend working with a licensed CPA for tax filing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information. Beck & Call Bookkeeping LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

5. Fees & Payment

Service fees are outlined in your signed service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to balances outstanding beyond 30 days. We reserve the right to pause services on accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g. QuickBooks, Gusto) or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of Beck & Call Bookkeeping LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beck & Call Bookkeeping LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent month of service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
