Is AP/AR management included in my bookkeeping plan?
Recording AP and AR transactions in your accounting software is part of all monthly bookkeeping plans. More intensive management — like active follow-up on overdue invoices or vendor statement reconciliation — can be discussed based on your specific volume and needs.
Do you make payments to vendors on my behalf?
We track and manage the AP process in your accounting software, but bill payment authorization stays with you. We can tell you what's due and when — you control the actual payment.
What's an AR aging report and why do I need it?
An AR aging report shows all outstanding customer invoices organized by how long they've been unpaid — current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days. It's the fastest way to see who's behind on payments and prioritize your follow-up efforts.
Can you help if I use a separate invoicing tool?
Yes. Many clients use separate tools for invoicing (like HoneyBook, FreshBooks, or their industry-specific platform). We can sync or import that data into your accounting software to keep everything in one place.
